Role Purpose
- The Marketing Manager for Home & Distribution Solutions will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and business performance across the KSA & PYB cluster.
- The role is responsible for driving profitable growth of key product lines, including Wiring Devices, KNX (Home Automation), Emergency Lighting, and eMobility solutions, while ensuring strong market positioning, channel expansion, and customer engagement.
- This role combines strategic leadership, P&L ownership, product marketing, and commercial execution, managing a team of product managers and application engineers.
- **Key Responsibilities**- Own and drive full P&L responsibility for the Home Solutions portfolio across the cluster.
- Define and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.
- Lead pricing strategy, profitability optimization, and cost management initiatives.
- Define and implement comprehensive marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) strategies.
- Manage lifecycle of product portfolios including:
- Wiring Devices
• KNX & Home Automation Solutions
- Emergency Lighting
- eMobility (EV charging solutions)
- Drive product positioning, segmentation, and differentiation aligned to local market needs.
- Design and execute Go-To-Market strategies across multiple channels (retail, wholesale, contractors, system integrators, developers, etc.).
- Lead product launches, ensuring successful market introduction and adoption.
- Expand market reach through:
- Geographical expansion
- Channel saturation and coverage optimization
- Identify growth opportunities in new segments and applications.
- Strengthen partnerships with distributors, retailers, and system integrators.
- Lead initiatives to improve channel productivity, engagement, and loyalty.
- Drive strong specification (prescription) strategy with consultants, architects, and developers.
- Ensure Schneider Electric solutions are specified in key projects and developments.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to ensure:
- Product availability
- Accurate forecasting and demand planning
- Inventory optimization
- Lead development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (offline & digital).
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~5 product managers and product application engineers.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
- MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus
Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or business management
- Proven experience in electrical distribution, home automation, or energy management sectors
- Strong track record in:
- + P&L management
- + Product marketing & portfolio management
- + Channel development and GTM execution
