Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead and technical leader for a fast-paced startup environment.
Location stated in the description: Gurugram.
Working days stated as 6, with Monday–Friday and the 1st and 4th Saturday listed.
Responsibilities
- Make architecture and system-design decisions covering scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Contribute hands-on to the codebase and critical product initiatives.
- Own technically challenging and business-critical projects.
- Lead and mentor engineers and help them grow technically.
- Own projects from requirements through design, development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Build systems and processes from the ground up and solve problems across a broad scope.
Must-have qualifications
- 6–8 years of software engineering experience, including significant hands-on development.
- At least 4 years of technical leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programming, databases, APIs, distributed systems, system design, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience building and shipping production-grade applications and owning architecture and technical decisions.
- Strong backend and frontend development experience, with ability to contribute across the stack.
- Strong understanding of engineering quality, testing, security, scalability, and performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong startup experience or demonstrated ability to work in a startup-like environment.
