Tech Lead – Full Stack (Node.js + React Native)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor backend and frontend developers, whose experience is stated as 2–3 years each.
• Plan sprints, break work into tasks, set deadlines, and track daily progress.
• Build, test, and release production builds on the Play Store and App Store; deploy the backend to production.
• Review code, set architecture, and enforce Git, testing, and documentation practices.
• Write Node.js and React Native code for core and complex features.
• Own uptime and performance and resolve production issues quickly.
• Work with the founder to turn business needs into technical plans and timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience, including 1–2+ years leading a team or project.
• Strong Node.js (Express or NestJS), REST APIs, and MongoDB or MySQL experience.
• Strong React Native experience, including app store releases.
• Hands-on AWS or GCP, CI/CD pipeline, and server deployment experience.
• Real-time feature experience (Socket.io, WebRTC, chat, or calling) is a plus.
• Clear communication, strong ownership, and reliable delivery.

Compensation

• ₹800,000–₹1,200,000 per year.

• Work from office in Jaipur; work location is in person.
