As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality solutions
- Mentor and coach team members to foster technical excellence and continuous improvement
- Make architectural and design decisions to drive best practices across the development lifecycle
- Ensure coding standards are upheld and technical debt is minimized
- 10-15 years experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical leadership and guiding engineering teams
- Deep hands-on expertise in relevant technologies
- Ability to mentor and coach team members effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
