TEC Workforce and Culture Change Lead
Role Overview
To lead the workforce, cultural and transformational change required to embed a TEC First approach across Adult Social Care, health partners and care providers.
The postholder will work collaboratively across Cornwall's health and care system to ensure Technology Enabled Care (TEC) is embedded as a core component of care delivery rather than an additional service offer.
Through workforce engagement, innovation, data-led insight and partnership working, the role will promote the routine use of TEC to support people to achieve better outcomes, maximise independence and receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
The role will lead the development of a TEC Champion Network, drive adoption and utilisation of TEC solutions, identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation, and use evidence, outcomes and return on investment to demonstrate the value of TEC.
The postholder will support Cornwall's ambition to prevent, reduce and delay the need for ongoing health and care interventions through the effective use of technology and strengths-based practice.
