As a member of the Community Services Division within Corserv Care ensure the aims and objectives of the organisation and division are met by providing personalised support to vulnerable adults who live in the community and have identified care & reablement needs.
The emphasis being on providing people with safe, responsive, effective, compassionate and high-quality care, via STEPs.

Qualifications
- Demonstrable skills in record keeping
- Ability to use own initiative and organise workloads of self and other team members effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively to support the continued development and management of a fast-paced service.
- Displays empathy and patience when dealing with customers. Has outline knowledge of tools and techniques for dealing with challenging behaviours and coaches others in their use
- Ability to communicate well with both written and spoken English
- Proficient in the use of all ICT packages, including Excel, to be able to accurately and appropriately store all relevant data in the correct software
- Understands and applies multi- agency safeguarding policies for vulnerable adults
- Demonstrates experience of data management systems, input, extract, manipulating data for performance management and financial reports
- Assessment
- Experience of working as part of a team, demonstrating an ability to work on own initiative but also to accept direction and supervision.
- Flexibility in approach to work and providing cover as relevant
- Able to multi –task and prioritise workloads
- Good IT skills relevant to the analysis of information and ability to manage and prioritise workload/projects whilst under pressure to meet deadlines
- An understanding of the geography of Cornwall to assist with clustering and placement arrangements.
