Qualifications
- Post-Graduate with relevant experience in BGV or HR Operations.
- Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Power BI is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, outcome-focused, and capable of handling high case volumes
Responsibilities
- Manage BGV initiation, tracking, review, and closure across business units.
- Ensure cases are completed within defined TATs and SLAs.
- Review discrepancies, red flags, and exceptions as per the BGV policy.
- Coordinate with TA, BUHR, candidates, and BGV vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality, and SLA compliance.
- Handle escalations and provide timely status updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of MS Office and Power BI is preferred.
