Team Manager

Role

Team leadership and operations

• Coach team members, act as their first point of contact, manage performance, and ensure table staffing coverage.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and development; organize meetings, conduct one-to-ones, and provide feedback.
• Monitor team KPIs and execute monthly or quarterly improvement plans.
• Maintain team manuals and online resources; communicate updates and report team needs to management.
• Handle incident reports, schedule changes, procedural updates, and staff compliance with workplace and legal requirements.

Schedule and studio duties

• Work shifts and flexible hours as assigned and arrive at the designated workplace in appropriate work attire or uniform.
• When assigned manager on duty, spend at least 75% of working time in the live studio or pit station and conduct floor walks.
• Support table promotions, media campaigns, and table testing when needed; may replace team members during absences.

Tools

• Use internal tools including Wiki, Jira, TTS, Slack, Smart Recruiters, NEVOS, EVO Learning, Evospace, and Studio Desk.
• The role requires computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office.
• Must have met targets and expectations set by the direct manager in the current role.
• Previous managerial experience and fluency in other languages are assets.
• Complete First Aid Level 1 training and obtain certification.

Compensation and benefits

• Annual salary range is $55,000–$60,000.
