Role overview

Team leadership and operations

• Coach team members, manage performance, and serve as their first point of contact.
• Schedule staff and ensure operating tables are covered.
• Support recruitment, training, development, meetings, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Monitor team KPIs and execute monthly or quarterly improvement plans.
• Keep team resources and communications current and report staffing or team changes.

Studio floor and compliance

• When manager on duty, spend at least 75% of working time at the live studio or pit station.
• Conduct floor walks, supervise staff compliance, address or escalate violations, and support promotions, media activities, and table testing as needed.
• Complete incident reports and help employees complete reports; report standards, procedure, or legal compliance failures.
• Complete assigned duties during working hours, follow reasonable business requests, and cover team absences when assigned.

Tools and systems

• Internal programs include Wiki, Jira, TTS, Slack, Smart Recruiters, NEVOS, EVO Learning, Evospace, and Studio Desk.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; fluent knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Strong written and oral communication and excellent computer literacy, particularly with the Office package.
• Previous managerial experience is an advantage; the candidate must have met current-role targets and expectations.
• Complete First Aid Level 1 training and obtain certification.

Compensation

• Annual salary is $55,000–$60,000.
