The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
We are seeking a results-driven
Team Lead – Mortgages
to manage and develop a team of 15+ Mortgage Consultants.
The role is responsible for driving monthly and quarterly loan disbursal targets while maintaining high standards of governance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong mortgage sales expertise, coaching capability, and effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver consistent performance aligned with Huspy’s culture and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Team leadership, coaching, and performance management (IDPs, onboarding, ramp-up)
- Delivery of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Hands-on enablement across CRM, mortgage processes, and industry best practices
- Customer experience management, including escalations and complex cases
- Compliance with internal governance and banking regulations
- Cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Contribution to hiring, scaling, and strategic growth initiatives

- Proven experience in a mortgage or financial services leadership role (Team Leader, Sales Manager, etc.)
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership.
- Deep understanding of the UAE mortgage market and banking practices (preferred).
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
