Role Description

The Real Estate Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving sales training programs for real estate professionals.

This full-time, on-site role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, and involves conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and real estate best practices.

The trainer will assess skill gaps, develop training materials, support new hire onboarding, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales teams.

In addition, the role includes collaborating with sales leadership to align training content with business objectives, tracking training outcomes, and using data to refine learning initiatives.

The trainer will also stay up to date on local real estate regulations, market trends, and Huspy’s platform features to ensure training is accurate and relevant.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in real estate practice, with practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property.
  • Familiarity with applicable real estate regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing techniques, and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client experience, relationship building, and conflict resolution.
  • Previous experience in training, coaching, or mentoring sales teams, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Clear and engaging communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to groups of varying experience levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs and deadlines.
  • Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and learning platforms to deliver and track training.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the region are an advantage.
