• *Key Responsibilities*
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Property Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new team members.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Assist agents with client management, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• *Requirements*
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales or leasing.
• Previous experience managing or leading a team of Property Consultants
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
