Head of Swimming Pool & Water Features Division (Kuwait)

Overview

• *We are looking for an experienced Head of Division for Swimming Pools and Water Feature Design & Contracting Company in Kuwait.*
• *Key Responsibilities:*
• Manage end-to-end execution of swimming pool and water feature projects
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams
• Plan project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and timelines
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• *Requirements:*
• Proven experience as a Project Director / Project Manager in swimming pools, water features or construction contracting
• Blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation
• Strong technical knowledge of pool systems, MEP, filtration, and water feature works
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driving license
