The role leads and develops real estate agents to meet sales targets while maintaining client service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate real estate agents.
- Drive achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure excellent client service and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Dubai real estate experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience currently or previously handling a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai property trends, communities, and transaction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and passionate about real estate.
