Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure excellent client service and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Dubai real estate experience and proven team leadership experience are mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Dubai property trends, communities, and transaction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and passionate about real estate.
