What You’ll Do

  • In this role, you will:
  • Supervise and control order picking, goods-in, and goods-out operations to ensure high accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage, while managing material handling equipment to achieve daily targets.
  • Collaborate with customer service representatives, the operations team, and internal stakeholders to resolve customer concerns and achieve seamless operational outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, 5S housekeeping principles, and organizational policies across all warehouse activities.

What You’ll Bring

  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a team-leading or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory control, and warehouse management systems.
  • Proven ability in problem-solving, stakeholder management, performance management, and data analysis under pressure.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Operations Management.
