Job Overview

Wolves International Real Estate is seeking an experienced and motivated Resale Team Leader to lead and grow our Secondary Market division.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dubai's resale property market, proven leadership skills, and the ability to recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of property consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of secondary market property consultants
  • Recruit and develop new agents to expand the team
  • Drive sales performance and achieve team targets
  • Support agents in negotiations, client management, and deal closures
  • Develop strategies to increase listings, leads, and transactions
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Dubai's secondary/resale property market
  • RERA Registered
  • Previous team leadership or management experience preferred
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate agents
  • Existing network within the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
  • British nationality preferred
