Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize productivity
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Track daily/weekly sales activities and prepare performance reports
- Support team members in closing deals and handling key clients
- Identify training needs and conduct on-the-job training sessions
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- **Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Credit Card Sales or Banking Sales**
- At least 1 year experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with strong analytical mindset
- Good knowledge of banking products and compliance guidelines
