ATA Banking is looking for a highly organized and proactive **Sales Coordinator – Personal Finance** to support our growing sales team and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily personal finance sales activities
Track leads, applications, approvals, and disbursements
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards
Ensure accuracy of customer documentation and application submissions
Coordinate with sales, operations, compliance teams, and banking partners
Follow up on sales targets and support timely deal closures
Handle customer communication and post-sales coordination
Support management with business reviews and strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank, AML, and KYC requirements
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills
✔ 1 year experience as sales coordinator
✔ Experience in banking, financial services, or sales coordination is preferred
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
