About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Team Leader
to oversee call‑center operations for a leading FinTech client.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, hands‑on call‑center experience, and the ability to manage a high‑performance team in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of call‑center agents to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular feedback sessions.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- **5+ years**
- of total professional experience.
- Minimum
- 1 year
experience
working as a
Team Leader
- in a call‑center/BPO environment.
- **FinTech industry experience**
- is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of call‑center KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and people‑management skills.
- Ability to work in
- rotational shifts
