About the Role

Manhattan Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader – Business Setup Advisor to lead our business setup team and support entrepreneurs and investors in establishing their businesses across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE company formation, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales performance while ensuring exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Business Setup Advisors to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation processes.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct coaching sessions, and implement improvement plans where necessary.
  • Handle complex client inquiries and provide expert consultation on business setup solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and relevant authorities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with UAE regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction throughout the business setup journey.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE business setup consultancy, company formation, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory, senior advisor, or team leadership role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation procedures.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
