An experienced Bakery Team Leader is sought for a bakery production facility. The role supervises daily production and the production team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bakery production and manage the production team.
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and timely production; monitor schedules, ingredient use, and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, FFSC, and HACCP standards.
- Train, guide, and motivate bakery staff; coordinate with production and quality control teams to meet targets.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards in the facility.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in bakery production.
- At least 3–5 years of bakery production facility experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience with croissant, puff, Danish, baguette, ciabatta, bun, or loaf production lines.
- Strong knowledge of bakery products, production processes, and equipment.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures; ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Employment and pay
- Full-time role paying AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person at the bakery production facility in Jebel Ali.
