A skilled Bakery Line Operator is sought to join a bakery production team at a bakery production facility.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor bakery production line machinery and equipment to maintain efficient operation.
- Assist with preparation, mixing, processing, baking, cooling, and packaging of bakery products as required.
- Monitor product quality, weight, size, and consistency against company standards; follow schedules and daily targets.
- Clean and perform basic maintenance on machinery; report equipment malfunctions, production issues, and quality deviations.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards, minimize wastage, and safely handle ingredients and finished products.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bakery Line Operator or in food production is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of bakery production processes and machinery; ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work shifts and meet production targets.
Employment and pay
- Full-time role paying AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person at the bakery production facility in Jebel Ali.
