Overview

To lead and guide a team of academic counselors in driving student enrollments, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining high-quality academic guidance aligned with organizational goals.

Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of academic counselors.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Allocate leads and monitor conversion rates.

• Sales & Enrollment Management

  • Drive student enrollment targets through effective counseling and sales strategies.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the team.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and CRM usage.

Academic Counseling

  • Guide prospective students on suitable courses/programs based on their academic background and career goals.
  • Address student queries regarding curriculum, fees, and career outcomes.
  • Ensure counseling quality standards are maintained across the team.

Process & Compliance

  • Implement and enforce company policies, ethical sales practices, and compliance with admission guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment data.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to streamline lead flow and student onboarding.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and present team performance to senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve team sales targets consistently.
  • Train new counselors on sales techniques and academic counseling methods.
  • Monitor lead quality and improve conversion strategies.
  • Handle escalated student concerns and resolve them effectively.
  • Contribute to process improvements for better student experience and higher enrollments.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive counseling ability.
  • Knowledge of EdTech products, courses, and industry trends.
  • Analytical skills for sales forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
