EDTECH SALES EXECUTIVE

About This Role

The admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students in making informed academic and career choices while promoting the institution’s programs and services. This role combines counseling, relationship-building, and sales skills to ensure student satisfaction and achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Counseling & Guidance
• Counsel students on academic programs, career paths, and admission requirements.
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, scholarships, and career outcomes.
• Address student queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Sales & Enrollment
• Promote institution’s programs to prospective students and parents.
• Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into admissions.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
• Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and career fairs to generate leads.
• Relationship Management
• Build strong rapport with students, parents, and schools.
• Maintain long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat enrollments.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align counseling with promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM systems.
• Prepare reports on counseling sessions, conversions, and sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and ethical counseling practices.
