Team Lead HSE for an offshore PMC project based in Abu Dhabi.

Required qualification and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15–18+ years of oil and gas HSE experience, including 5–8+ years in offshore leadership roles.
- Experience managing HSE activities for offshore oil and gas construction.
- Proven track record managing HSE for mega EPC projects, shutdowns, and brownfield upgrades.
- Offshore certifications such as BOSIET or HUET and NEBOSH IGC or equivalent are mandatory.
- Offshore commissioning experience is requested; UAE work authorization is required.
Preferred background
- PMC experience is preferred.
- Previous ADNOC Offshore project experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead HSE planning and execution across artificial islands, platforms, and subsea systems.
- Develop HSE policies, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations; track corrective actions through closure.
- Coordinate with client representatives, regulators, and EPC contractors on project HSE goals.
- Mentor and supervise HSE officers and engineers and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, and NEBOSH.
