Senior HSE Supervisor position for a petrochemical project based at the Ruwais site in the UAE.
The role supervises and coordinates site HSE activities and supports prevention of incidents, injuries, and environmental harm.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site HSE activities.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Lead the site HSE team and monitor work practices.
- Support prevention of incidents, injuries, and environmental harm.
Requirements
- 15+ years of HSE experience in a supervisory role within petrochemical or refinery projects.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification.
- Good knowledge of site safety practices and permit-to-work systems.
- Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
- Experience working on a Borouge project is preferable.
