Overview
We are seeking a Tech Permanent Team Leader to build and lead a high-performing European tech search desk.
This player-coach role combines personal billings with team leadership, partnering with CTOs, Chief AI Officers, and senior technology leaders across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategy for the European tech desk
- Build relationships with senior technology leaders and secure high-value mandates
- Recruit, coach, and develop top-performing consultants
- Set KPIs, drive team performance, and maintain personal billings
- Establish the desk as a trusted partner for technology leadership hires
Requirements
- Proven success in executive search or senior tech recruitment
- Strong personal billings and leadership experience
- Deep understanding of European tech markets and senior leadership roles
- Entrepreneurial mindset to grow the desk from the ground up
- Desirable: existing network of CTOs/Chief AI Officers and knowledge of AI/emerging tech
