Parsons is looking for a Team Coordinator (Saudi National) to join the team.
The role involves maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation and supporting stakeholder communication.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, working hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions arising from meetings.
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings as required.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify and communicate required project changes.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Undertake project-related tasks as required.
- Support the development of project strategies.
- Ensure projects adhere to established frameworks and documentation is maintained.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and chair meetings, distributing minutes to project team members.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor or diploma in any relevant field.
- 0-3 years of related work experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices, company policies, and procedures.
- Working knowledge of database concepts and project management software.
