Parsons is looking for a Project Coordinator (Saudi National) to join the team.
The role participates in managing the construction of a prestigious building.
The Project Coordinator supports project managers and teams by organizing schedules, tracking progress, managing documentation, and keeping communication flowing so projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, resources, and timelines.
- Build and maintain project schedules, trackers, and task lists.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes and action items.
- Track progress, flag risks and delays, and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
- Maintain project documentation such as plans, reports, contracts, and change logs.
- Prepare status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Help monitor budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Support procurement, onboarding, and logistics as needed.
- Ensure work follows company procedures and quality standards.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with project tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
- Organization and time management.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and follow-through.
