Abu Dhabi University's College of Health Sciences is seeking an Assistant Professor in Medical Laboratory Sciences. The role involves teaching, curriculum development, and research within the field. Candidates should have a PhD or Masrers in a relevant discipline relevant teaching experience, and a strong research background.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching undergraduate and graduate-level courses in Clinical Psychology Laboratory Sciences.
• Support students during practical exercises, demonstrations, and simulations in the Clinical Psychology lab.
• Provide guidance on the use of assessment tools, psychological testing materials, and laboratory equipment.
• Developing and updating course materials and syllabi.
• Supervising student research projects.
• Contributing to the development and delivery of the college's programs
• Engaging in research and scholarly activities.
• Participating in administrative duties within the department and college.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field (Bachelor’s degree may be considered with relevant experience).
• Prior experience in teaching assistance, tutoring, or lab-based instruction in psychology is preferred.
• Familiarity with psychological assessment tools and basic laboratory practices in Clinical Psychology.
• Experience with curriculum development and student supervision.
