Role overview
Work closely with the Head Teacher and Teachers to support the curriculum's educational standards.
Main responsibilities
- Help teachers prepare lesson plans and set up daily classroom materials and props.
- Decorate and design the classroom environment.
- Track student attendance and class schedules.
- Support small groups with remedial teaching and reinforcement of learning.
- Escort and supervise children; help them adjust, learn, and socialize.
- Ensure classrooms are safe and tidy before classes start, and assist teachers with tasks.
- Prepare and deliver language lessons to children aged 0 to 6, including fun lessons in the specified language.
- Ensure basic communication in the specified language and develop engaging materials for children.
- Evaluate student performance and progress.
- Participate in schoolwide workshops and special events.
- Speak with parents about children's progress in the languages.
- Collaborate with teachers on schoolwide policies and a better learning environment.
Pay
- AED 2,200–2,500 per month.
