Role
Works closely with the Head Teacher and teachers to support the curriculum and maintain educational standards.
Responsibilities
- Help prepare lesson plans, daily classroom materials, and props.
- Design and decorate the classroom and develop engaging materials for children.
- Track attendance and class schedules; support small-group remedial teaching and reinforcement of learning.
- Escort and supervise children and help keep classrooms safe and tidy.
- Support children’s adjustment, learning, and socialization, reporting to teachers.
- Prepare and deliver language lessons for children aged 0 to 6, including basic communication in the specified language.
- Evaluate student progress, participate in school activities, and update parents on language progress.
- Collaborate with teachers on schoolwide policies and a better learning environment.
Qualifications and qualities
- Certificate or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous nursery or preschool experience is preferred.
- Supportive, patient, and collaborative, with a passion for working with young children.
Pay
- AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.
