Job responsibilities
- Analyze complex data sets from multiple sources to identify patterns and deliver clear, actionable reporting
- Design and support automation opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align goals, share knowledge, and support delivery of initiatives
- Evaluate options and risks to support decision-making that improves departmental outcomes
- Coach and support team members to promote ownership, accountability, and timely delivery
- 3 years of experience performing data analysis, including identifying patterns and producing insights through reporting
- Experience designing, developing, or implementing automation solutions and process improvements
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes
- Experience assessing operational risks, evaluating trade-offs, and supporting decisions with data and context
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or delegating work to support team execution and development
- Experience providing quality service through clear, timely, and professional communication
- Knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle and experience working with industry-standard delivery methodologies
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools to enhance analysis, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Experience implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
- Experience applying customer service and conflict management skills to address stakeholder needs and resolve issues
- Experience writing clear, effective prompts or instructions to guide analysis and improve consistency of outputs
- Experience contributing to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting team initiatives
- Experience supporting technology or process release management using common software applications and digital platforms
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
