Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Officer to join a leading organization within the UAE.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong knowledge of VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial reporting, who are looking to further develop their career within a dynamic finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support VAT, Corporate Tax, and Excise Tax filings
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and regulations
- Support tax audits, internal audits, and statutory audits
- Review financial reports and analyze tax implications
- Assist in developing tax policies, processes, and controls
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and tax authorities when required
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across reporting processes
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of tax liabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in VAT and accounting functions
- Good understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Tax Diploma or professional certification is an advantage
Preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
