Tax Manager - Private Clients
Role Overview
Vialto is looking for a Tax Manager to join our rapidly growing Private Clients team in the UK.
This role offers the opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, executives, and internationally mobile private clients on a wide range of complex personal tax matters.
We are looking for an individual with strong UK personal tax experience, particularly in relation to cross-border issues, who is keen to develop and progress in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing client relationships and engagements, delivering tailored advice across a broad range of private client tax matters, supporting team development, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
The individual should have a strong desire to understand the technical aspects of UK private client tax.

Preferred skills and experience:
- Experience in UK private client or personal tax, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK personal taxation and international/private client tax matters.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering tax advisory and compliance work.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA preferred.
