Tax Consultant
About This Role
Please note t_his role is part of a talent pipeline for upcoming requirements across Finance operations._
Job Purpose
To support AGMC’s finance function in ensuring full tax compliance, accurate reporting, and strategic tax advisory, aligned with UAE regulations under the Federal Tax Authority.
Key Responsibilities
Tax Compliance & Filing
- Prepare and review VAT returns and ensure timely submission
- Support Corporate Tax calculations and filings
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and FTA guidelines
- Maintain accurate tax records and documentation
Tax Advisory & Support
- Advise internal stakeholders on VAT treatment and tax implications
- Support business units (Sales, Aftersales, Procurement) on tax-related queries
- Assist in structuring transactions in a tax-efficient manner
Audit & FTA Coordination
- Support handling of FTA audits, queries, and assessments
- Prepare documentation and responses for tax authorities
- Ensure audit readiness at all times
Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze financial data for tax impact and risk
- Prepare tax reports and dashboards for management
- Monitor tax exposure and identify potential risks
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve tax processes and controls
- Support automation of tax reporting and reconciliation
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance workflows
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Taxation
- Professional certifications preferred (ACCA, CA, CPA)
- 3–6 years of UAE tax experience
- Strong knowledge of VAT (5%) and UAE Corporate Tax (0% / 9%)
- Experience using FTA portal and tax filing systems

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
