Tax & Banking Consultant – Contemporary Art Gallery
Location: Dubai, UAE – Full-time
Arturo Palomba Art Gallery LLC is looking for an experienced Tax & Banking Consultant to support financial, banking and tax-related coordination activities within an international contemporary art and luxury environment.
This is a full-time position . Compensation, bonus structure and benefits will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience and profile.
The selected candidate will support banking coordination, financial documentation and tax-related administrative processes connected to gallery operations, international transactions and relationships with artists, collectors and partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting banking and financial coordination activities related to gallery operations
- Assisting with tax-related administrative and documentation processes
- Coordinating with banks, external advisors and internal teams
- Supporting financial and operational activities connected to international art transactions
- Assisting with reporting, compliance and organizational activities
- Supporting communication related to financial and banking operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in tax, banking, finance, accounting or related consulting roles
- Experience working in international business, luxury, art or related sectors is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Professional communication and coordination capabilities
- Ability to work in a structured and international environment
- Attention to detail and professional discretion
- Fluency in English is required
- Knowledge of Arabic or Russian is a strong advantage
- Additional languages are a plus
