What You'll Do

  • This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and continuously improving processes.
  • In this role, you will:
  • Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns and supporting schedules.
  • Assist with quarterly and annual income tax provisions (ASC 740).
  • Support U.S. tax compliance, reporting, and tax planning initiatives.
  • Research tax issues and summarize findings for the Tax Manager.
  • Analyze financial data, reconcile accounts, and identify opportunities to improve accuracy.
  • Collaborate with business partners, external advisors, and finance teams to gather and validate tax information.
  • Help automate and improve tax processes by streamlining workpapers, reports, and recurring tasks.
  • Contribute to projects that strengthen efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence across the tax function.

What You'll Bring

  • We're looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to grow their career in corporate taxation.
  • Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Tax.
  • Up to three years of accounting or tax experience within a Top 10 public accounting firm or a multinational public or private organization.
  • Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and tax software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in leveraging technology and automation to improve processes.

  • The minimum and maximum hourly range for this full-time position is $31.25 - $45.67 + benefits.
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in this posted role reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits.
