Role Description
Full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Advise prospective and existing clients on corporate tax, VAT, and compliance, aligning recommendations with UAE regulations and business setup needs.
Identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and drive sales conversions for tax and related consultancy services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative meetings, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal advisory and banking teams.
- Maintain client relationships and provide clear, accurate, timely information.
- Support client and colleague training on tax developments.
- Contribute to revenue growth while maintaining customer service and professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; effective written, verbal, and presentation communication.
- Able to explain complex tax concepts in accessible terms.
- Consultative selling, opportunity identification, negotiation, and closing skills; related industry experience is preferred.
- Training and coaching skills for tax regulations, processes, and best practices.
- Relevant accounting, finance, taxation, or business qualifications, including a bachelor’s degree or CTA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent, are highly beneficial.
- UAE tax law, VAT, corporate structures, and advisory or compliance experience are strongly preferred.
- CRM and MS Office proficiency, analytical and problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced client-focused setting are advantageous.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are an asset.
