Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good command of English is preferred
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on day-to-day business operations, contracts, and transactions.
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
- Support the Legal Supervisor in handling litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution cases.
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and precedents relevant to the company's activities.
- Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and internal reports for stakeholders.
- Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on their impact
- Assist in developing internal policies, procedures, and training programs to minimize legal risks.
- Provide guidance to departments on contract handling, documentation, and risk mitigation.
- Review legal cases, prepare them for submission to court, and follow up on related procedures.
- Draft and prepare all types of legal memoranda.
- Represent the company before judicial authorities and official bodies.
- Prepare legal reports, letters, and related documentation.
- Review contracts and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal support during internal administrative investigations.
