Overview

As a mid-level Talent Recruiter based in Qatar, you are at the heart of imec s growth journey in the region.

You turn hiring needs into smart recruitment strategies and proactively attract talent both locally and internationally.

From job boards and social media to referrals, networks, events, and job fairs you know how to tap into multiple channels and make them work.

You build lasting, trust based relationships with hiring managers and candidates, positioning yourself as a go to recruitment partner who adds real value.

You thoughtfully screen CVs, excited to uncover potential beyond the obvious.

You conduct competency based interviews and use behavioral or personality assessments to identify candidates who are not only technically strong, but also a great organizational and team fit.

Once the right candidate is identified, you lead offer discussions and support a smooth transition into onboarding in collaboration with other HR teams and hiring managers.

You contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives such as diversity & inclusion, employer branding (including academic and research talent attraction), and continuously improving recruitment tools, processes, and systems.

You keep a close eye on recruitment trends, labor market developments, and new sourcing tool.
