Overview
- Join our PDK (Process Design Kit) team at the forefront of next-generation IC design platforms, enabling 3D integration, silicon photonics, and heterogeneous systems.
- We offer both junior and senior roles - including hands-on PDK Engineers and Technical Leadership roles - to drive the development, qualification, and delivery of PDKs that empower advanced IC technologies.
- Depending on your experience and role, you will:
- Lead or contribute to the development, validation, and release of PDKs for 3D IC, photonics, and heterogeneous integration platforms.
- Define PDK architecture, content strategy, and release roadmaps, ensuring alignment with technology and design requirements.
- Implement and validate technology files, parameterized cells (PCells), design rules, and device models.
- Ensure seamless integration of PDKs into commercial EDA tools (such as Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor, Lumerical, etc.).
- Oversee or contribute to version control, release management, and change-log tracking, ensuring compliance with industry standards and foundry design rules.
- Provide support to design teams and offer high-level assistance for complex design and PDK integration issues.
- Drive or participate in continuous improvements in automation, documentation, and user experience.
- Validate PDK content through regression testing, reference designs, and example libraries.
