Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking a Temporary full time Talent Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team for 6 months!

Talent Associates support our TA team to deliver our high quality, high impact recruitment services to our schools and corporate teams. Working closely with a team of Talent Advisors, this role facilitates efficient recruitment processes centred on candidate care and great data.

This is a great entry level role for someone looking to start their career in recruitment! While you don't need recruitment-specific experience, you'll need to bring other skills, including:

High volume experience - whether you've worked in retail, hospitality or corporate services you'll know how to stay organised and stick to process in a high-volume environment

Teamwork - Talent at CSPD is a team sport! You'll have experience making a contribution to the success of a busy team and understand that your work is an important part of the big picture

Great communication - you'll be speaking with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, asking questions and recording answers, responding to tickets, helping to build recruitment marketing materials and writing basic job ads. Communication is key!

This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment, including holding a cleared NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) and compliance with CSPDs Safeguarding Procedures and Code of Conduct When Working With Children and Students .
