Responsibilities
- Continuously follow up on recruitment needs and open vacancies.
- Search for suitable candidates and communicate with them.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates through recruitment stages.
- Update candidate data and share recruitment updates with the team.
- Manage the candidate journey through to hiring.
Requirements
- One year or less of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Good communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
