Manage end-to-end recruitment to meet staffing needs, working with hiring managers to identify talent needs and support timely recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and recruitment events; screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and prepare and post job advertisements.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases; manage hiring from sourcing through offer.
- Support onboarding and new employee documentation.
- Prepare recruitment reports and assist with HR administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals and social media for candidate sourcing.
