Role overview

HR Generalist supporting daily HR operations across construction, development, and corporate teams.

The role covers recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR compliance in project-based environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment for real estate, construction, and corporate roles; handle onboarding and offboarding for site and office staff.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation; support payroll processing and attendance tracking.
  • Assist with employee relations and workplace issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws and project workforce regulations.
  • Coordinate training, safety orientation, and engagement activities; support performance appraisals.
  • Work with project managers and department heads on manpower needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience; property development, real estate, or construction experience is preferred. The description also specifies at least 1–2 years of consistent experience within one company.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRM systems; strong understanding of project-based workforce structures.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices; strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay
