Business Umbrella is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Emirati to lead Emirati hiring pipelines aligned with NAFIS and MOHRE 2026 targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and pipeline Emirati candidates across functions
- Manage NAFIS portal postings and applications
- Conduct screening calls in Arabic and English
- Coordinate interviews and offer rollouts
- Maintain Emiratisation hiring dashboards
Requirements
- Emirati preferred
- 3+ years recruitment experience in GCC
- Familiarity with NAFIS and MOHRE platforms
- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual: Arabic and English
