Accountabilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
- Implement sourcing strategies and build qualified candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements and selection criteria.
- Support employer-branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events.
Experience and education
- Requires 2–3 years of talent-acquisition or recruitment experience.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
- Automotive or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Professional recruitment or HR certifications, including SHRM-CP, are a plus.
