Key accountabilities
- Process parts purchase orders with MAN AG and approved local suppliers based on replenishment, emergency-order, and stock-transfer requirements using the procurement system.
- Track order confirmations, shipping notifications, estimated arrivals, and customs-clearance progress; escalate delays to the supervisor.
- Maintain purchase orders, supplier invoices, delivery receipts, and related procurement records with complete filing and audit trails.
- Coordinate inbound shipments with the warehouse, customs broker, and logistics providers, including document preparation and delivery scheduling.
- Assist with supplier price lists, trade-agreement records, and contact databases as directed.
Required competencies
- The posting lists quality orientation, attention to detail, communication, follow-up, applied learning, and managing work including time management.
Experience and education
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement administration, purchasing support, or supply chain coordination.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is mandatory.
- Automotive or spare-parts purchase-order experience is preferred.
- Procurement operations or ERP-system certifications are a plus.
